I love Italian food because is honest. The recipes contain a few ingredients, so only ingredients of very good quality can give you a delicious dish.
Chips of maize porridge
Make Polenta and let it cool down. Slice it in stripes of 1x1 cm, 5-6 cm long. Place them on a baking tray and drizzle with extra virgin olive oil, rosemary or thyme and salt flakes. Bake in the oven at 220 °C for 25 min with ventilation.
Try also to pour a few drops of Balsamic vinegar from Modena on top of it!
